Impressive sales earn sales associates Top Producer awards

recognized Margarette Kown, Joanna
Kearns and Gaylon Brinson, sales
associates with the office, as some of
the system’s top producers nationwide.
They were recently honored with the
coveted Masters Awards and the
Centurion Award. “It is truly an honor to
receive these awards and be
recognized among such a talented and
dedicated group of real estate
professionals,” the girls said.

This is Joanna’s first Master’s Ruby Award, Gaylon received the Master’s Emerald
Award, and Margarette received the Centurion Award and was inducted into the
Centurion Honor Society.
Ruby level status is awarded to an agent who has met minimum adjusted gross
commissions of $95,000 or 30 award units within a calendar year. Emerald level
status is awarded to an agent who has met minimum adjusted gross commissions of
$125,000 or 40 award units within a calendar year. Gold-plated lapel pins with ruby
and emerald accents are awarded, in addition to a trophy and a personal invitation to
attend a CENTURY 21 Top Agent Retreat. The CENTURY 21 Centurion Honor
Society was established in 2003 to recognized those sales professional who have
achieved Centurion level sales production for a minimum of five years within the
CENTURY 21 System. Centurion producer status is based on a minimum sales
production for a calendar year and is adjusted annually for inflation. For the 2004
awards year a sales associate needed to achieve a minimum of $185,000 in sales
production or 60 closings within the calendar year to earn the Centurion producer
status. A Centurion Award statue and lapel pin was awarded, in addition to being
recognized at the Century 21 International Convention.
